I am guided by  Ecclesiastes 9 -10 “Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor:  If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.”

Debra Gloster, YOGA Instructor

When I began this yoga journey it was immediately after an injury and I have been hooked ever since. It has helped me tremendously to relax and relieve stress. We live in such a fast-paced society that we all may need to pause and take a moment for self-care by going inward.

Debra Gloster is a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Debra is a retired educator and school administrator. For 13 years since retirement, Debra follows her passion for YOGA using her teaching experience. She specializes in Raja Yoga with a Social Justice lens and Hatha Yoga. Whether leading one-on-one YOGA instruction to group classes for adults and youth, Debra uses her calming personality to reach every participant. Her love of sunrise and sunset YOGA on the beach is especially popular with sisterfriends.
